Avery is crawling!!! He is all over the place… so we’ve put up the baby gate and let him roam free! He now loves playing in the kitchen (where the gate to the basement is) with tupperware and eating popsicles!
“Let me out!”
“…or I’ll climb up and over it!”
“I’m tired of all this moving around… I need a popsicle break!”
We’re so proud of our little guy! We love watching him move around the house, smacking his little hands on the floor as he goes. He is hard to keep up with though! You turn around and he’s trying to climb up on the couch, or on his changing table…. never a dull moment!
How long after your little ones started crawling, did they walk? We’re not pushing for it… we’re exhausted falling him around now, I can’t imagine him walking all over!!! Just curious…

I can’t remember exactly when Elisabeth started crawling but it was sometime around 8 months and she started walking when she was about 14 months when she started walking on her own (although she had been cruising round the furniture and walking with support since just a few weeks after she started crawling) It is so much fun when they start walking!
Awe! I can’t imagine how it’s going to be once he starts walking. He is all over the place crawling and pulls up on everything to stand up. He pulls up on vertical walls now!!! I’m afraid he’ll be walking much sooner than I am ready for!
