Avery had a play date Tuesday night. Our usual sitters were ALL on vacation, and we needed someone to watch Avery for 2 hours. We though we were out of luck when our dear friend Mychelle volunteered to have Avery over and join her two youngsters. We gladly agreed!

Do you arrange play dates for your kiddos? We don’t have too many friends with kids, how do you find other parents out there looking for play date friends too?
We have found it is hard to do play dates right now. Cassidy is just learning to somewhat “play” with other kids but a few months is a big age difference right now. I am guessing in a year play dates will happen a lot though!
Agreed – when he was smaller Avery ‘played’ with his second cousin – they pretty much just fought over a toy and stared at each other, haha. Now there is more interaction. I wish I could watch him at daycare all day and see how he ‘plays’ with others…
