Wow, it’s already February!  It’s hard to believe winter is half over, especially since it’s hardly snowed yet and the high today is going to be 53!  Well, before we push on into this new month, lets take a quick recap of January…via some fun numbers & pictures:

0 – Household Pets.  We shared that our bunny, Tiestp, found a new home. Sa, yes, but he now gets much more attention and exercise.

 1 – Number of foods Avery has tried.  Avery got his first taste of rice cereal at 4-months old.  He still eats formula at every feeding, but at night before his last bottle, we have fun making a mess eating some cereal!

 2 – Date nights. Thanks to our awesome friends, we were able to steal away two nights for dinner and a celtics game!  As new parents, we hardly have any time just the two of us, so these nights are really special! (We suggest other couples do this too in What to Expect: the First Few Months)

3.91 – My GPA for my Masters - Yep, that’s right, as of January 28th, I officially graduated with my Masters! I didn’t ‘walk’ because there wasn’t a January ceremony, so we had one at home (pictures coming soon!)

4 – Loads of laundry a week.  In January, we got a schedule started and Saturdays are laundy days. See Avery help!

6 – Doctors visits.  Avery had a rough month.  We were in and out of the doctors office for a cold, ear infection, pnemonia, & thrush..

9 – Hours Avery sleeps a night. This month, Avery started sleeping  thru the night.

16 1/2 – Guests that came to our Open House. (the half is for the 4-year old Avery befriended) We finally hosted a house warming party and ur Luau theme was a hit! (pictures to come)

17 -Days Avery was in daycare. I went back to work at the start of the new year so Avery spends the day with his little friends. See how Avery (and Mommy) did on Avery’s first day.

24 – Number of blog posts in January. Did you miss some? Check here.

27 Holiday cards. We had a few stragglers come in after the new year which filled our display around the dining room pillars.

32 – Candles. We celebrated Vinay’s 32nd birthday with morning cuddling, cake and presents, and an ode to Vinay!

48 – Average blog visits per day! Thanks for reading!
