Our ever-growing to-do list has been slimmed down to what we want to accomplish before we (eek) put it up for sale.  Yep, we’ve only been here 2 years and already outgrowing it!  We know a sale is on the horizon… later this year or next year.  It all depends on how fast we can cross off these projects:

Yard

• Deck
  • Wash, stain/seal
  • Add stairs off back side of the stoop (5/18/13)
  • Repaint stoop railing
• Backyard Walkway
  • Tear up pavement & redo walkway + expand to deck (5/18-19/13) + (6/1/13)
• Add missing railing to side of front stairway
• Remove large shrubbery from front of house
• Add mulch to flower/shrub beds in front & back yards
• Remove giant old garden in backyard and cover with grass
• Put sod over where old stump was in back yard

House Exterior

• Repair missing siding & roof soffits from Hurricane (5/19/13)
• Repaint window sills
• Add shutters to windows (delivery 5/22/13!)

Mudroom/Entry

• Baskets for storage
• Clean out lower ceiling cubby

Kitchen

• Paint wood molding & spots on walls missed
• Add upper cabinets molding
• Clean tile grout

Dining Room

• Paint 2 corner hutches (white), w/interior accent color

Living Room

• Window treatments
• Move books from bookshelf to built-ins, move shelf into office or Avery’s room?

Office

• Paint
• Window treatments
• Hang diplomas

Nursery

• patch up the old outlets that have temporary ugly outlet covers
• Reorganize w/out changing table
• dresser

Bathroom

• Full Remodel

Hallway

• Update light fixture – buy new or repaint trim?

Master Bedroom

• Window treatments
• Canvas pictures above bed
• Reorganize storage & move unused furniture to basement

Interior Touch Ups

• Ceiling paint (cracks are showing again)
• Chipped Door paint

Basement

• Organize! (It’s amazing how much can be accumulated in 2 years time)
